My DIY jewelry Box

Today I am excited to show you my super easy DIY jewelry box. I was looking for a small jewelry box for my apartment to put my everyday jewelry (including a few rings, 2 dainty bracelets, and a few pairs of earrings)

What you need:

  • wooden box from Michaels
  • sandpaper (I don’t remember which grit I used but it was a finer grit one)
  • acrylic paint
  • paintbrush

I simply sanded and then painted my box white and used the turquoise as an accent color.

I am so happy with how this project turned out. I now have the perfect place to put my jewelry!

Let me know if you have any questions or comments about this project!

Happy Crafting!

  • XOXO J

(Note: if you are wondering about the bracelets in the jewelry box one is from Stella and Dot and the other is from Kohls)
